How to fill PDF form
- Open the form PDF.
- Double-click a field and type. For boxed fields, turn on Boxes and set the box width.
- Copy the filled field (⌘/Ctrl+C), point at the next field and paste — the style comes along.
- Tick boxes with the Check tool, sign with Draw, then Download.

Frequently asked questions
How do I fill a form that has a separate box for each letter?
Type the text, then click Boxes in the text options and set the box width to match the form (for example 18 pt). Each letter is centred in its own box, and the downloaded PDF matches what you see.
The form is not fillable. Can I still type on it?
Yes. You can type anywhere on any PDF, including scanned forms and forms without fillable fields.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs inside your browser. Your PDF is never sent to a server — it is stored only on this device so you can come back to it later, and you can delete it at any time.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no page limit.
