What size is a passport photo in pixels?
At 300 DPI, 35 × 45 mm is 413 × 531 pixels. That’s what you get here, with the DPI saved in the file for forms that check it.
The online passport form wants a small digital photo, not 35 × 45 mm.

Will this photo be accepted?
