How to resize a signature
- Sign on plain white paper and take a clear, straight photo of it.
- Add the photo here; change the pixel size or KB range if your form asks for different ones.
- Click Create.
- Download the signature image and upload it to the form.
What you can do
- Starts at 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB, a common form requirement
- The whole signature is kept, centred on white
- Files too small for the minimum are padded without changing the picture
- Any other size or range, including mm and cm
Frequently asked questions
My signature file is too small — the form says minimum 10 KB.
Keep 10 as the minimum here. Small signature images are saved at the best quality and then padded with data that doesn’t change the picture, so the file reaches the minimum.
How do I crop the empty paper around my signature?
Open More options, switch Fit to Crop and move the crop box around your signature.
Is it safe to put my signature into a website?
